Privacy Policy
Alenty's advertising visibility measurement system is only interested in measuring if and how long a ad is seen. All the other information that are embeded in the page or the browser are not relevant and no recorded.
How does it work?
Our script is a javascript that is executed by the browser of the visitor of the website.
The script performs an analysis of the internal page code to detect the banner that must be measured.
The size and position of the banner are recorded by the script.
The script recorded if there was any mouse/keyboard activity in the last X seconds.
Screen size, browser size and page size are recorded to compute to the visibility of the ads.
URL of the current page and the previous page (referer) are recorded.
Alenty's cookie only contains an Alenty Id, used to deduplicate the advertising contacts.
Campaign id, placement id are provided by the adserver to the script.
What is not recorded?

No personal information is recorded.

The characters strokes entered by the user (online forms, passwords...) are not recorded.

Content (text, images, links) of the page is not analysed.

Visitor's behavior or history of visits are not stored in Alenty's cookie.

Page cookie data are strictly confidential and Alenty's script does not look into them.

Alenty performs anonymous measurement for advertisers and publishers.

No personnally identifiable information is stored in Alenty's database.

IP addresses are not stored in Alenty's database.

The data collected by Alenty's script are stricly kept confidential.

Alenty make its best efforts to make sure that the data are stored on secured servers.

The data belong to Alenty's client who asked Alenty to record them.
Alenty does not transfer any information of any third party without explicit agreement for the data owner (client).
